Welcome To La Maison Labatchenia

Renovating this beautiful stone house in Ainhoa, in the South West of France is a dream come true and a labour of love that I am thrilled to share with you.

Terrasse

Living area

Lounge area with comfortable armchairs (2 of which convertible) and bench seat. Small television, coffee table, electric radiators and desk. Large French window overlooking the terrace and garden.

Sofa bed

160 cm sofa bed. Mattress completely flat (Brimnes, Ikea).

Fully equipped kitchen

Modern kitchen, fully equipped with cookware, utensils and cutlery for 6 people.

King size bed

Sleeping area separated by a curtain. Iing size 180 cm bed or two 90 cm beds (to be specified when booking). New high-quality mattress, 30 cm thick. White cotton bed linen.

Bathroom

Modern shower room with large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. Hot water available immediately.

Garden with pool and jacuzzi

Large garden with views of the mountains and forest. 6 x 3 swimming pool available from May to September. Private Jacuzzi for 2 people, heated to 35 degrees, available all year round.

Private terrace

Sheltered terrace overlooking the garden, swimming pool and spa, with views of the mountains. Enjoy your meals outside, in the peace and quiet of the countryside.

  • 50 m2 ground floor studio flat, completely renovated in 2021. Ground floor of an 18th century stone house.
  • Flat for 4 people, 2 double beds (king size and queen size).
  • Brand new, wood and white modern farmhouse atmosphere.
  • Thick stone walls and forest provide shade and cool.
  • Direct access to all the local walks.
  • 15 minutes by foot to the restaurants and bars in the village of Ainhoa.
  • Big garden with pool for playing games and picnics.
  • Private hot tub for two people.
  • For stays of 2 nights or more : Welcome pack included (tea, coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, milk, orange juice, baguette, butter, jam).
  • For stays of 7 days or more : 1 bottle of sparkling, white wine included.
